Water-based pigment concentration for coloring opaque, water-
based systems like paints and pastes. The pigment has a
very intensive coloring effect, thus add it gradually, drop by
drop. Recommended to use with for example the Expand
Paste, Fiber Paste or the Decor Clay.
First decoupage I've done. Couldn't have been easier. Great quality and beautiful picture. I looked everywhere for a perfect picture for my revolving book table. Have already ordered more.
This item is perfect. It looks just like a tin roof that has rusted. Love it!
