Return & Shipping Policies
All orders have depend on the weight of your package.
Your order will be shipped with USPS and will ship First Class or Priority mail. In some cases, mostly larger orders, the order with ship via UPS. All orders are shipped out either same day or next day depending on when the order is placed. I ship out orders on Monday-Friday.
Priority mail is typically 1-3 days. Please check your tracking to get a better idea on when your order will arrive. I will be able to see the same tracking information that you see. You will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking email.
If you have ordered Fusion Mineral Paint and it arrives frozen, no worries, just let it return to room temperature and stir it well. Fusion has been tested and can withstand freezing/thawing up to 3 times.
There are no returns/refunds on products unless they arrive damaged. A picture of the product along with shipping container will need to be provided for a refund to be issued.
Please take time when choosing your colors as paint is not able to be refunded due to a customer not liking the color or deciding they would like to trade colors. We offer testers of all colors so if you are unsure, we recommend you start with a tester size. All purchase are final.
Please note: once your package is marked “Delivered” by the Postal Tracking, Flippin Furniture is no longer responsible for it. Sometimes tracking will say delivered and you might not have it. Wait a few days and then check with your post office. Often it was prematurely scanned, delivered to a neighbor/wrong address and will arrive late. If you truly believe your package was stolen after waiting for it to arrive and contacting your post office with no luck, then please file a police report that it has been stolen. You can file a claim directly with the post office.
